MEET LUNA

Semillon offers a distinct tasting experience with a clear hue and hints of green and yellow. Its aromas, often citrus-driven, featuring lemon and green apple notes and sometimes complemented by hints of herbs. The Hunter Valley is well known for its rich and complex aged semillon. We have vintages dating back to 2010. Due to its freshness and crispness, it is paired beautifully with seafood or cheese. We are also testing a 2023 skin contact semillon creating our first orange wine which we are very excited for you to try. This wine will have deeper flavours and would pair wonderfully with cheeses, creamy pasta dishes, and poultry. This versatile wine ages gracefully, developing additional complexity over time.
