If for any reason you are looking to return or exchange, we are happy to help you!! All the returns and exchanges are handled via email.
Refund Policy
- If customers receive faulty products from Bacco and notify Bacco within 7 days of delivery, Bacco will generally replace or refund the product at no charge (as long as the customer has noted the damage on the delivery service packing slip).
- In cases where an order is canceled, the customer may either use the amount as credit towards another purchase, or may elect to have the purchase refunded to them. If the purchase was made via credit card, the customer’s card will be refunded. Â
- We cannot process returns on bottles that have been opened/drunk or after 7 days of delivery
