Legal

• Any legal disputes relating to this Site or its terms & conditions shall be governed by laws in existence from time to time in Australia.  Any claims may only be dealt with in a court in New South Wales.
• Users of this site must be over the age of 18 or otherwise of legal drinking age in their purchase jurisdiction. It is against the law to sell or supply alcohol to, or to obtain alcohol on behalf of, a person under the age of 18 years.

• Confidential information, credit card details, is encrypted using industry-standard SSL encryption technology from the moment it is transmitted from your browser to the banking network.

Refund Policy

• If customers receive faulty products from Bacco and notify Bacco within 7 days of delivery, Bacco will generally replace or refund the product at no charge (as long as the customer has noted the damage on the delivery service packing slip).
• In cases where an order is canceled, the customer may either use the amount as credit towards another purchase, or may elect to have the purchase refunded to them.  If the purchase was made via credit card, the customer’s card will be refunded.  

GST

All prices on this Site include Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST).

Shipping

• Bacco strives to ship orders promptly. Small orders will be shipped via courier, while large orders may be shipped by commercial transport.
• Bacco does not take responsibility for incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customers so please check the address carefully before placing an order.
