MEET BURRO 

Chardonnay delights with crisp green apple and citrus notes, complemented by tropical fruit flavours. A subtle touch of buttery richness or creamy vanilla also appears in our chardonnay due to aging in French oak barrels. Although our Chardonnay ages nicely, we also love it young and fresh. Our aged chardonnay pairs well with meaty fish such as tuna or swordfish as well as shellfish. Our younger oaky Chardonnay is crisp and delicate, pairing well with risotto, creamy soups, pasta, and sauces as well as light, butter, and herb-based seafood or poultry dishes. These attributes make it a popular choice for those seeking freshness and complexity.
