MEET ALLEGRO

Our merlot, a deep ruby-red color, presents with noble and defined tannins. The aroma is characterized by ripe red fruits, such as plums and cherries, accompanied by subtle herbal notes. This Merlot is smooth and velvety, with a medium-bodied profile. Its soft and fruity character marries well with red meat, porchetta, and aged cheeses, and at our restaurant, we love it alongside our Duck and Truffle Tortelli.
